Bathroom Battles: Letter to The Usual Nightclub

I love your club, but I have a complaint that requires management's attention. I am a transgendered person. Last night my girlfriend (another TG) and I visited The Usual. We were nicely dressed and behaved like good girls. We had a wonderful time dancing. But after I used the restroom, a security guy pulled me aside and gruffly asked, "Why are you using the ladies room?" I just gave him a look and walked away. It was not a big deal for me, I am not that sensitive. But I know many girls who would find this extremely traumatic. Now, I would like to recommend The Usual to the TG community--in fact, I already have. But if you wish to recieve our patronage, you MUST give some sensitivity training to your security people. So rock on, fix up this little problem, and you can expect to see me and my girls at The Usual often!
