You left me.
I vomitted all night long.
When my stomach was empty I got the dry heaves.
I'm shaking with fever and I'm shivering with chills.
I've got a bad migrane headache and my muscles are sore.

I don't have cancer, but love is a tumor growing in my brain.
I don't have herpes, but everyone can see my pain.
(It's a big cold sore on my upper lip.)
I don't have piles, but I'm itching and burning deep down inside.
I don't have AIDS, but my immune system's weak when it comes to loving you.
I need massive transfusions of megabiotics or I'll surely die without you.

Slammed my hand in a car door, nearly took two fingers clean off.
Smashed my thumb with a hammer, cracked my head on a solid brick wall.
I twisted an ankle, barked a shin, stubbed a toe.
Got hit right on the funny bone .. well, it isn't very funny, you know.

Take this gun barrel out of my mouth.
Pump my stomach, I've swallowed too many pills.
Bind my wrists, I'm weak and dizzy, and there's blood all over the room.
Cut this rope from my neck, I can't breathe, I can't breathe, I can't breathe, I can't breathe.
Talk me down off this ledge, I can't fly, I can smash, I can crash..
Twist the wheel and it's over.
Goodbye.. to love.
